Have you Met my friend The Savvy Saveur?!
A.K.A.- Christine Mitchell
Method of Operation- Foodie Sprirtualist, Creative Organizer, PR Queen and so much more...
Christine invited a small group of creative types over for lunch yesterday, a meeting of the minds one could say! Torie Partridge of Cherry Blossom Creative was there with her amazing cover page for the Washington Post Food section, really something to see. Her illustration skills are out of this world folks. Natalie Grasso was also hangin out with us shooting for her contribution to Apartment Therapy DC. An interior designer and writer by day we were reflecting on the holiday season right around the corner and how we can spruce up our spaces for the upcoming months. My centerpieces were a nod to the approaching holiday but are versatile so you don't have to hide them in the closet until next year. Michelle McAdoo DC based film director and producer for Freethink Media was taking a much needed rest to join us on the convo after finishing the big project they've been working on, Honor Flight available (number one new documentary) on amazon.com or here! The space was decked out with goodies from myself, Davis of Davis Woodshop, as well as Bek of Red Yellow Red Studio and Massoud & Bonnie of Make DC Smile reminding everyone that good design is always within reach, you just gotta know where to look! If your looking for someone to curate your next meeting of the minds, The Savvy Saveur is the girl to get on your side! She thinks of everything from the menu right down to the invites. Seriously folks, hit this girl up, your next shindig is sure to please.
